Our services
Branova provides digital marketing, web design and related creative services. The specific scope, deliverables, timelines and fees for any engagement are set out in a separate written proposal or agreement, which takes precedence over these Terms where they differ.
Quotes and payments
- Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
- Project and retainer fees, payment schedules and any advertising spend are defined in your proposal.
- Advertising budgets (e.g. Google or Meta ad spend) are separate from our management fees.
Client responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, timely feedback, and any content, access or approvals needed to deliver the work. Delays in providing these may affect timelines.
Intellectual property
On full payment, ownership of final deliverables (such as your website, designs and content) transfers to you, unless otherwise agreed. We may showcase completed work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.
Results disclaimer
We work to clear goals and report transparently, but we do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic, leads or revenue, as outcomes depend on factors outside our control (such as market conditions and platform changes).
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Branova is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for the service giving rise to the claim.
Termination
Either party may end an engagement as described in the relevant proposal. On termination, you remain responsible for fees for work completed, and we will hand over your assets and accounts cleanly.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.
